At FormalizeWalk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted. Upon approval, securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable method.

Processing Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction and post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as customized products, promotional items, or final sale goods. If you are uncertain, please verify with our customer service before making your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund accordingly.
