We will contact you using the email provided to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees, or to process a refund for the returned merchandise, minus the original shipping costs. In the rare event that a tracking number shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. Multiple Item Orders & Partial Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel. There is no additional shipping charge to you for this service; it is simply our method of optimizing delivery speed based on inventory availability.
